Several airlines cancel flights to Israel after the crash of rockets

After the waste from Houthi Missile at Ben-Gurion Airport due to the failure of Israel defense systems, several airlines canceled their flights to Israel 24 hours on Sunday.

The German Lufthansa Group announced flight cancellations, including from its subsidiaries Swiss, Brussels Airlines and others.

In addition, American Carriers United and Delta – recently resumed the flights to Israel – also canceled their flights together with the France Transavia and his Air France, Air Canada, Japan's Nippon Airways, Spain Air Europa and British Airways.

This incident is considered one of the most serious mistakes in the Israel rocket defense system.

Ben-Gurion Airport remains Israel's primary international traffic center, and missiles from the Iranian “inkfish” practice Obes from Syria, Gaza Strip or the Houthis targets specifically to trigger this wave of the flight cancellations.

Examination of the double failure of defense systems

The IDF is expected to investigate the double failure that made it possible for a rocket to be fired from a large distance in Yemen in order to escape both American and Israeli defense systems, and Israel again to a period of empty sky, flight cancellations and expected fare at Israeli airlines.

In the meantime, the EL AL share has increased by over 5%.
