13 victims of the fatal crash near the Yellowstone National Park came from China and Italy

The Idaho State Police continues to examine a fatal accident with two vehicles that took place on May 1st, in which AA-Pickup and the passenger car on the US Highway 20 are involved near Henry's Lake.

The collision included a Mercedes van with 14 inmates, including a driver licensed in California, 12 Chinese nationals and an Italian national. The group drove on a trip by Cour Holiday LLC, a large international travel service provider, to the Yellowstone National Park on the way.

Six of the passengers in the van and the driver of the pickup as a 25-year-old Isaih Moreno von Humble, Texas, died in the accident. The surviving victims were brought to hospitals in Idaho and Montana.

The authorities work with local and international officials to notify Next-of-Kin, a process that is complicated by the international status of the victims. The deceased is brought to the Coroner Office of the Ada County for autopsy and formal identification to ensure precise documentation.

The Idaho State Police works with CTOUR Holiday LLC and maintains communication with the Chinese and Italian consulates in the course of the examination. Due to data protection concerns, no information about the medical status of the injured person is disclosed. Further updates are provided if new information is checked.
