Ruby Franke /Jodi Hildebrandt love relationship? Daughter tells everyone – crimes online

Shari Franke's book, My mother's house: the search for a daughter for freedomdescribes her discovery of the relationship between her mother, Ruby Franke and the business partner Jodi Hildebrandt.

In her memoirs, Shari says that after her mother's arrest, she found news on her laptop that confirms the true nature of her relationship.

The abuse that the children endured came to light when a 12-year-old boy climbed out of a window and ran to neighbors and begged for food and water.

The boy is the son of Ruby Franke, a popular blogger known for the YouTube channel 8 passengers. The house belonged to Franke's business partner Jodi Hildebrandt.

The neighbors called the police. Officers said the boy seemed emaciated and malnourished. They also found that he had “tied deep cuts from rope” and adhesive tape around his wrists and ankles. After the police searched in Hildebrandt's house, she found Franke's 10-year-old daughter in a similar condition. Both children were taken to a hospital.

Franke's parents' channel, 8 passengersWhich once had over 2 million followers offered educational advice. In a video she admitted to holding food as a form of punishment.

Both women were convicted of severe child abuse.
