Ty'ah was in a vehicle at the time when she was shot

It was flown to a regional hospital by the US park police in which she later died.

Smith in a statement on Saturday. “We know that someone in the community has information that can help our detectives deliver justice. We need everyone with this information to report immediately.”

The police asked someone with information to call them at (202) 727-9099 or to write a tip on 50411.
