Group considers rally for teenagers who were killed in Santana Row Stechen – NBC Bay Area

A group organized on Sunday in San Jose for a teenager that was stabbed in Santana Row.

The group “Justice for David Gutierrez” returned to the crime scene of the crime on Sunday to gather and march to change proposals 57.

Prop 57 is a law that currently enables youth court judges to decide whether minors aged 16 and over should be persecuted and convicted as adults.

15-year-old David Gutierrez was killed on February 14 by teenagers who were connected to gangs. The boy, who supposedly did the stitch, was only 13 years old, which made him inadmissible to be brought to trial as an adult or even serve a significant prison sentence.

Demonstrators want teenagers to be accused of being accused of their age because of hideous crimes, including murder.

“We need the help of these legislators to make the change,” said Diana Gutierrez, the victim's aunt. “We need help from the community to join and see that their children are in danger. David did not come home. But these people are finally released into the community and can also hurt their family, not only ours.”

The police believe that Gutierrez was targeted because he was wearing red. They added that the teenager was not a member of a gang and had an appointment with his girlfriend when he was killed.
