2 buses, 3 cars crash against NJ Turnpike and 39 Hurt on Sunday – NBC10 Philadelphia

According to a spokesman for the state police, dozens of people were injured on Sunday, May 4th, after two buses and several cars crashed on Sunday, May 4th, on the New Jersey Turnpike.

Two van hool buses drove north on the gymnastics pike when a bus shortly before 1 p.m. in Chesterfield Township, Burlington County, was left behind in Burlington County, the police said.

After the two buses had collided, three cars were falling behind it, officials said.

“We are aware of the accident that was involved in the New Jersey Turnpike with a bus from Arlington, Virginia, to New York City,” wrote a spokesman with company behind the buses in a statement to NBC10. “Please note that Flixbus does not operate any buses directly. All services are operated by independent bus partners. We will continue to coordinate with the operator and the authorities during the examination. We are actively working to ensure that all affected passengers support support. This is an ongoing examination, we currently have no additional details that can be passed on at this point.”

The state police in New Jersey reported that 39 people were violated for this crash reaction company. All were brought to nearby hospitals with minor injuries.

NBC10 crews were at the scene on Sunday afternoon and were able to grasp some of the episodes. A green passenger bus was seen with extensive front-end damage and the windshield was completely missing.
