Injury -update: Gary Payton II (illness) is excluded for game 7 against Rockets

Before the start of game 6, Gary Payton II entered the starting line -up for the first time in the opening series of the Golden State Warriors against the Houston Rockets. Fast lead to game 7, the Warriors will be in Houston on Sunday without their newly crowned starter.

After Payton II was classified as questionable on Sunday with an illness, he was officially excluded against the rockets for game 7. Payton II is the third player who is listed with a disease name against the Rockets. Brandin Podziemski and Jonathan Kuminga also dealt with diseases in the first round of the off -season against the Rockets.
