The authorities have released the identity of a Cohaset man who was killed after his pickup worked with a commuter train train.

Norfolk County there has announced that 78-year-old John F. Canney von Cohasset was the victim.

According to Cohasset police, the incident occurred at the Greenbush line in the area of ​​the 15 Beachwood Street around 11:20 a.m. when reports about an MBTA commuters came with a motor vehicle.

Canney was declared dead on site.

The crash is examined by the MBTA Transit Police, the Massachusetts State Police, who examines the office of the district prosecutor of Norfolk, Michael W. Morrissey, and the Cohasset police.
