The police examined a fatal crash from Penn Township

Penn Township-a 71-year-old Cassopolis man died after his vehicle fell into a tree on Saturday morning, according to the Cass County's sheriff.

On Saturday at around 8 a.m., the MPs of the CCSO reacted to a rollover accident with a vehicle in the Mud Lake Street area and the Penn Road. A vehicle driven by David Dussel (71) from Cassopoli's vehicle was in the Mud Lake Street to the east when his vehicle left the street and hit a tree and overturned the vehicle. The MPs and the fire staff tried life -saving measures, but Dussel was died on site.

Dussel did not wear a seat belt at the time of the crash. It is not believed that alcohol and drugs are a factor for the crash. Assistant agencies were SMCAS caught cars and Penn Fire Department.

The crash is examined.
