The driver was charged three motorcyclists who were killed in the frontal collision on the State Highway 27

Kerr County, Texas – a man from San Antonio was charged with poisoning after the MPs had announced that he had fallen head -on into three motorcyclists, killed all three drivers and injured a passenger.

The fatal crash occurred shortly before 5:00 p.m. on Saturday on the State Highway 27 at Bluff Creek.

According to the Texas Ministry of Public Security (DPS), a gray Toyota -SUV drove east on the motorway and crossed the west -bound alleys, with three motorcycles being on the way to the west.

All three motorcyclists Courtney Cortez (25), Cody Cortez (34) and Daniel Cortez JR (57) were declared dead at the scene. A passenger of a motorcycles was flown to a hospital in San Antonio. The Toyota driver identified by DPS as 25-year-old Jeremy Wasson was also taken to a hospital in Kerrville.

Wasson was arrested and charged with 3 charges of the poisoning battle and a number of poisoning. He was instructed to Kerr County's prison with a bond of 350,000 US dollars and published on Sunday, as the records in prison show.
