After a fire, contained in the repair workshop in Somerset County

Somerset County, PA (WTAJ) -A motorcycle repair shop from Somerset County caught fire on Monday and had an oil leak that required a hazmat reaction.

According to officials, some departments were called to a fire for special cycle work on Somerset Pike after 3 p.m. on April 28. The head of the Conemaugh Township Fire Company, Brian Shoff, confirmed that a fire began in the back of the business before spreading into other parts of the building.

People who were in the shop at the time when it caught, tried to bring it out with fire extinguishers, but could not. Nobody was injured, but the boss confirmed that it was a hazmat situation after an oil drum was leaked through. However, both the fire and the leak are included.

Firefighters from Windber, the northern regional fire brigade, Conemaugh Township and Oakland reacted to the scene.
