Brent Vitialo from the first sight married to the critics in the middle of the wellness brand scandal when angry customers accuse him of operating a “fraud” – but assumes no responsibility

As soon as Brent Vitiello is a fan favorite, he is now at the center of an explosive scandal – and his latest statement can only pour fuel into the fire.

At first glance, the former married the 36 -year -old groom after months of the increasing pressure of his controversial wellness brand Mos X Daily, which was beaten up by dozens of customers because he took her money and delivered nothing for it.

Instead of apologizing or offering compensation, Vitiello dismissed the counter reaction as “the same history, the same complaints” – and insisted that he would “repair” it in his own time.

Despite a public warning that the NSW Fair trade issued in March in March and the Australian advice not to deal with its company, and 45 official complaints about non -assigned goods and poor communication, Vitiello is defiant.

However, Vitiello did not recognize that the growing number of Aussies who say they had been waiting for their orders for up to six months – and many claimed that they never received a single update, let alone reimbursement.

Even now, the MOS X Daily website is live and accepts payments, although NSW Fair Trading asks consumers to control clearly.

The governmental authority also questioned the alleged donations of the brand and explained that it was not justified whether funds were transferred to the one dollar One Dream Foundation.

And while Vitiallo said pedestrian television in March that his company had fulfilled 30,000 orders free of charge and had to do with production problems in Timor-Leste, angry buyers deny this.

The nursing student Ms. Watt told Daily Mail Australia that she completed an order at the end of 2024 and still has not received anything.

In the meantime, the mother -based mother of two Christy Miranda said that she had been waiting for seven months since she paid the 130 dollar brand.

“He was short, rude, unapologist, which shocked me, how loveless and unprofessional he was …” she said. “Brent just didn't care, I left it and blocked me.”

When Brent was turned to comment on Christy's claims, Brent said to Daily Mail Australia: “I don't read any of these things and didn't watch videos. It doesn't change the result. '

Vitiello insists that he is too busy to deal with the criticism.

But for many customers, the “noise” is no longer just online recording – it is a call for accountability.

The customers also complained that they were poorly packaged and cannot be consumed (shown) when they arrived.

Fraud alarm 🚨 Take a cup of tea, because this is long! ☕️ (And yes, you want the tea for this, trust me.) 😂 I will not even mark the brand because I know that this will probably be reported or decreased. But honestly, it took a long time, and I have to share my experiences and clearly many other people. The Sea Moos brand that cheated me and so many others. I still get comments under my old contribution from people who say that it has happened to them until today! A year later I ordered products and worked with brands, and this is just a terrible service that their customers steal is not correct. To date, we have never been reimbursed and TBH could no less interest, says much more about the brand itself! If this helps a person to avoid this, it is 100% worth sharing this. Please publish so that more people are aware of! Be so careful with this brand when you shop online.

Despite the promise to use Tikkok Daily to update customers, Vitiallo has become quiet again – and it is unclear when or whether he does his vow to remedy the chaos.

Until then, consumer lawyers encouraged those affected to report and exclude complaints to the authorities with the possibility of a collective legal steps on the horizon.

Brent has had problems with business since his introduction last year – shortly after his introduction, his brand got into hot water when angry customers claimed that they were still ready to see their products after they were paid for them online.

Brent previously said that there were problems to distribute the Sea Moos internationally, as it spoiled after 30 days and they had to change shipping companies to ensure faster delivery.

Before that, he claimed that his product had helped “thousands” of people because he continued to praise his product and alleged advantages in the order problems.

Brent became famous in the ninth series of MAFS in 2022, where he was known to be “married” to Tamara Djordjevic.

Unfortunately, her unfortunate romance got worse in the show before they went separate paths during their explosive final vows.
