The Insta360 X5 has just arrived on site, but it seems that we could get a 360-degree camera with a 360-degree camera shortly: Dozens of pictures of the DJI OSMO 360 are now leaked through with its operating instructions.

These leaks come from @quadro_news and @hakasushi (via Notookcheck) and give us a very detailed view of the outside and the inside of the camera. The pictures in the USA seem to come from tests from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

We heard for the first time from the DJI Osmo 360, which arrived at FCC in October, so that this compact 360-degree camera was for a long time. We then saw how other seepers appear online in February and apparently display the camera with the DJI Osmo Action 6.

The most recent leak around this camera came in March when we got another unofficial recording of the DJI OSMO 360, together with the news that it could have a 1/1.3-inch image sensor for recording high-resolution photos and videos.

We do not learn too much from the latest leak, although a 1,950 mah battery is mentioned in the operating instructions. There is also a confirmation that the camera has a touchscreen on board and works with the DJI Mimo app.

Tipster @Jasperellens, however, suggests that we may not see the DJI Osmo 360. He refers to a lack of leaks for retailers and persistent uncertainties about tariffs in the United States as reasons why DJI may have put this special product during the break.

It would be a shame if DJI were not able to give the Insta360 X5 and the GoPro Max an additional competition, but times for hardware companies are currently difficult – we know that the GoPro Max also saw several problems and delays.

DJI, DJI, would be forgiven to concentrate on doing the best drones in the shop instead of new action cameras. However, these leaks show that the DJI Osmo 360 is a long way to develop development streets, so we have to wait.
