NBA insider says Giannis will not be traded by Becken unless

According to reports, the Milwaukee Bucks are not planning to act the superstar striker Giannis Antetocounmpo this low season, unless he calls for it.

Via NBA insider Marc Stein on the All NBA podcast (H/T REALGM) It is not expected that the goats will act against Giannis because of its importance for the organization without a thrust from him and his warehouse:

“I don't think Giannis does not want to go to the dollars and want to say: 'Be me.' But next year there is no way that Damian Lillard has no control over her own selection in the first round by 2031.

The 30-year-old veteran has had another dominant season because he achieved an average of 30.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.2 blocks per game, while he received a ninth all-star selection in a row.

Despite his game, the Bucks only managed to secure a somewhat disappointing fifth seed in the playoffs of the Eastern Conference.

Lillard missed the first game of the Bucks of the first round against the Indiana Pacers and then suffered a end of the season in game 3, which prompted Indiana to win the series 4: 1.

After Lillard may be able to miss most or all the seasons from 2025-26, and Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis, who may both be in line to meet the free agency, it is difficult to imagine a way to the Bucks who are fighting for a championship next season.
