Cincinnati – A man who hit and killed a district member of his car on Friday is the father of a man who was shot by a police officer in Cincinnati Fett the day before when the officers responded to a call about a stolen car. The authorities said that the crash seemed to be intended.

The driver of the car, 38-year-old Rodney Hinton Jr., was charged with severe murder in the death of the deputy, the police said.

The deputy was identified on May 4 as Larry Henderson, who went back from the department a few months ago, but continued to work outside of service. Before his retirement, Henderson did the department in the Bomb squad and the diving team.

Hinton appeared in court on Saturday, with a wall of MPs in the back of the room. A prosecutor said that evidence and witnesses will show that Hinton Henderson drove directly to Henderson to kill him. A judge ordered Hinton to be held up to another hearing on Tuesday.

A lawyer who represents Hilton said in court that he had no previous crimes and understands that it was a serious indictment, reported WLWT-TV.

The governor of Ohio, Mike Dewine, said in a statement that he “got sick through an intentional act of violence”.

Just a few hours before the crash, Hinton and other family members met in the police chief on Friday morning and saw a video of the police who showed an official who shoots the man, said Michael Wright, a lawyer of the 18-year-old Ryan Hinton.

Rodney Hinton could not make it through the entire video and did not say a word, said Wright, who does not represent the Hinton in the crash costs.

“He was disturbed, he was angry,” said Wright on Saturday.

In a later explanation in the name of Ryan Hinton's family, the law firm of the family and the colleagues of the killed deputy offered a warm conduct. The company called it “an unimaginable tragedy” for the community and said that the family of the teenager was broken by the events and destroyed for the family of the deputy.

Henderson headed the traffic near the University of Cincinnati on the end day when he was hit by a car that drove to a crossing, said Teresa Theetge, chief of police at Cincinnati.

“He was so popular and so well known,” said McGuffey. “What an enormous loss we all suffered.”

The authorities said that the circumstances of the crash were examined.

“If the facts show that this law was intended, as the indictment suggests, I will throw the full power of the law on the perpetrator,” said Connie Pillich, public prosecutor's office by Hamilton County, in a statement on Friday.

Ryan Hinton was shot twice and killed by the police on Thursday during a persecution. The officer told the officer to tell the investigators that the suspect pointed a weapon on him, said Cincinnatis chief. The police showed photos during a press conference on Friday of a semi -automatic pistol that they were wearing and another weapon found in the car.

An officer was heard in Body Camera video that the police published and said: “He has a gun, he has a gun” before several shots were fired when Ryan Hinton ran behind an apartment complex.

While the blurred images did not clearly show that Hinton showed a gun when he and the officer ran, Theetge told the officer that the investigator informed the investigator that he had the firearm in front of him, she was feared on the officer and the officer who feared for his life.
