The 6-year-old, who was ejected from the vehicle crash in Harrison County, was arrested because he drove drunk

Harrison County, W.VA (WDTV)-A man was arrested after a 6-year-old child had been outdated from the vehicle, which he drove while drunk, according to the Sheriff's office.

The 33 -year -old Ryan Smarr was charged after the crash on April 23 along the Route 19, due to the neglect of crimes for crime.
