Scooter driver killed in Oakland-the Mercury News-Die Mercury News

Oakland-a 49-year-old man who drove with an electric scooter was killed in a collision in the Uptown area on Sunday morning, the authorities said.

The man's name has not yet been published by the police.

The collision occurred on Sunday at 11:24 a.m. at the intersection of 18th Street and the San Pablo Avenue.

The police said that the man killed had traveled north with an electric scooter with a seat on the San Pablo Avenue in the pedestrian when he was hit by a Mazda 6 station car that drove south on San Pablo and had just broken a left.

The Scooter driver was caught under the vehicle, which continued several foot before stopping. The driver then fled out of the area on foot, the police said.

After being output under the vehicle under the vehicle, the scooter driver was taken to a hospital in which he was declared dead.
