Man shot and killed in the Marietta Apartment Complex; Suspicious arrested

Atlanta, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man was shot in an apartment complex in Marietta on Friday evening, according to the Cobb County police.

The police said

The victim, 21-year-old Micah Bender from Lithia Springs, was brought to the well-star Kennestone Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

The police said that she had arrested Samir Bennett, 24, from Marietta, because of murder, serious assault, possession of a firearm during the inspection of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted criminal.

The police said they are not looking for other suspects. However, the examination continues.
