Lebron James to Miss Met Gala due to knee injury

LeBron James will not take part in the Met Gala 2025, although he is a honorary chairman of the event.

The Lakers star went to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday to announce his absence. “Unfortunately, because of my knee injury at the end of the season, I can visit the Met Gala in NY this evening because so many people asked me and congratulate me! I hate to miss a historical event!” He wrote on Monday on X.
