Michael has a degree in psychology from Penn State, pursued graduate studies in Villanova and acquired a master in Education at the University of Pennsylvania. He is Philly Plus Fellow and held leadership roles at the Fusion Academy in Miami in management positions in the Chester County Family Charter School and headmistress.

Michael is known for his energetic leadership and his deep commitment of the community and is devoted to the creation of courageous, joyful spaces in which young people and families can be successful.
