The video of Wolf River's confrontation leads to sorry and explanation from Chico's landing

Winnebago County (WLUK) – A video of a confrontation in which a business owner is involved in the Wolf River was viewed for thousands of times on social media.

Alex Simion, co -owner of Chicos Landing, says the video has led to death threats and an increased business.

In the video posted on Facebook, you can see and hear Simion's father, who screamed in a boat of fishermen who were at Chico a short time earlier. Many Facebook commentators describe the video as threatening.

“We could have dealt a little better at the end,” Simion told Fox 11. “At the same time, it is a cause of problems that have led to it.”

Simion says he is not involved in an encounter at Chico, which led to the incident on the water. He would not provide any specific details about what led to it, but says that there were disrespectful actions in the group who recorded the video.

Boon Mee Vue posted the video on Facebook and provided his own report on the incident.

Vue says his group docked chico, used the toilet and bought bait. He claims that the owner had confronted her with the boat without renting it from Chico.

In his contribution, Vue says that two of his buddies went to Google to write her displeasure with the owner of Chico. About 30 minutes after the evaluation was published, he said that the encounter took place on video.

VUE ends his Facebook post with the words: “The owner of Chicos Landing is dangerous and the way he does not calculate people who are not his customers. Please note.”

A lieutenant of the Sheriff office of the Winnebago County tells Fox 11, nobody called her about the incident. A message that the lieutenant shared is that people can always call 911 if they feel like they have a worrying disorder – be it on land or water.

“We apologize for the situation,” said Simion. “It was not as it should, but at the same time people have to respect us as much as we respect them. Everyone has a tolerance barrier until it comes to a point where you can no longer tolerate things.”

Simion says that it has to do with the customers that his father's actions have to do with customers in order to steal, steal and have verbal harassment.

“We don't say anything,” said Simion. “We just let go because we don't have to cause a problem. We don't need any problems for anyone.”

Simion says that you will call the Sheriff's department instead.

Simion says you bought Chico's landing almost two years ago.

He says that since the publication of the video, you have also made at least 15 to 20 reservations for cabin or boat rental rentals in addition to constant death threats.
