Because of my experience with whiteboards and MMA fitness studios, this is more of a warm -up or training routine than a real “combat plan”. Although it does not need a genius to know that Jack Della Maddalena will try to win the Jab fight, use uppercuts against a wrestler and to work from the cage from the cage, it is still not cool that the UFC broadcast it publicly. I am sure that the Sb trainer team would have preferred to keep it calm!
