Doctors of UF Health, who rated a broken, injured and non -reacting Charles Faggart after he had arrived from the Duval district on April 7, that he had no Fentanyl in his system or had a confiscation, contradicts the details of the death office of death in the office of the behavior. The doctors also removed a barb from an electric shocker in the back – JSO previously announced that Faggart was stunned – and noticed several fractures on his face and ribs, bruises in his body and serious damage to kidneys and liver.

These descriptions of Faggart's state are based on previously unmelded medical documents that have been obtained from the tributary. Hundreds of notes illuminate a death that triggered protests and outraged by Faggart's family, but that JSO only described as a “incident” in his prison, who has proven to be a dangerous place for years.

More than 24 hours after Faggart had not reacted and bloody at UF Health, TK Waters from Jacksonville called an evening press conference to provide the news that an unidentified person had been seriously injured in an “incident” in prison, even though he had suspended nit of his prison workers, even though he did not say why.

But almost as soon as Faggart arrived at UF Health on April 7, he was bad and maybe fatally injured. The health officers of UF found that Faggart no longer reacted during a neurological test. For reasons that the records do not explain, he remained tied up in the hospital bed with handcuffs until the next day, April 8th. The doctors had to ask JSO to reposition the handcuffs because they generated pressure injuries on the non -reacting faggart.

On April 8, the doctors also discussed that Faggart was probably brain dead. Waters held the press conference that evening.

The 31 -year -old Faggart was arrested on April 1st due to simple bodily harm and criminal mischief, both of them. The father and food truck seller was officially declared dead on April 10th.

It remains unclear why Faggart left the prison in such a dangerous state, and Faggart's family lawyer Belkis Plata has accused the agency of leaving his loved ones in the dark.

“You learned everything you know next to the rest of the community – and that's just unacceptable,” she said

The medical documents show that JSO Faggart's father visited his unantified son almost exactly 24 hours after his arrival in the hospital.

A Heavily Redacted Police Report – Written by One Of The Officers Waters Suspended and Released by the Agency Amid Criticism of the Its Lack of Transparency About Faggart's Death – Said Said SIX Days Into His Misdeanor Jail Stay, Faggart, Handcuffed for Unexplained Reasons, BRENAN “Displaying aggressive, erratic and disruptive behavior by thrashing his body, clenching his fist and pushing & pushing actions while attempting to escort into the dorm.”

A Sergeant kept Faggart as a “threat to himself and others” and ordered to include in a chairman for the reluctance. The report claims that Faggart continues to struggle with the officers, even though the officials are edited.

The director of mental health was called about 20 minutes after the retention of Faggart and she approved him to include in “self -harm accommodations”. According to the report, the officials also put an anti-spit mask in his face.

Once the police report, Faggart “verbalized” that he “made fentanyl”, but there is no further mention in the non -edit parts of the report. According to the UF records, doctors saw no indication of Fentanyl in his system, based on the results of a urine test.

The police report notes that a nurse flushed Faggart's eyes with saline solution at 7:28 a.m., which indicates that Faggart was pepper spray during the backing chair. The medical documents also show that doctors have found lung damage.

Faggart was removed from the chair more than an hour later, at 8:50 a.m. he was put back into the chair a few minutes later, although the reason why they are edited. The rest of the report is also reduced. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department came in prison two hours later at 9:05 a.m. and started breast compressions 5 minutes later. UF -HORSTERS believe that breast compressions may have broken one of Faggart's ribs.

The police report found that Faggart had a confiscation that an official observed.

According to the UF Health Records, Faggart showed no signs that he had suffered a seizure.
