Grand Junction, Colorado (Krex) – in a hearing that lasted less than 10 minutes, one of two suspects in the election fraud of the last year owed to their role in the program.

As part of the hearing, Stuart had trapped 32 counts. But she guilty of a number of identity theft or fake. Stuart's other charges included the attempt to influence an official.

Stuart said she did not deny a charge and said judge Brian Flynn: “I feel guilty of the role I played.”

Stuart and her friend Sally Maxedon were accused of stealing the residents 'ballot paper and filled them out before entering the Mesa County and Recorders' office.

According to the affidavit of the original arrest, the couple wanted to “test” the voting rights systems. Stuart worked at the United States postal service and believed that she took the USPS ballot papers for Maxedon to fill out.

As recently reported, there were 16 well -known victims who had stolen their ballot papers.

Alarm bells started just a few weeks before the daily election in the elections in Mesa County. The employees learned that residents received notifications that their ballot papers were rejected due to distinguishing features. The voters said they never got their mail-in voice.

Maxedon originally admitted to the program, while Stuart found the claims.

Stuarts' trial will take place on June 25th at 8:30 a.m. Maxedon will be in court on Thursday at 9 a.m.
