Motorolas Big-Battery Moto G56 5G Mid-ranger leaks completely before a likely summer start

After unveiling not two but Three different 2025 RAZR lines with high-end specifications (or at least high-end-ISH) and a total of four new ones eye -catching edge mobile parts (including Motorola is a surprising model that is due to stylus difficulties) to what it can best do and prepare several new additions to the Moto G line medium-sized.

This is a fairly solid specification sheet … for an ultravalable smartphone

  • 6.72-inch LCD screen with 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate technology;
  • Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection;
  • Mediatek Dimensity 7060 processor;
  • 4 and 8 GB RAM options;
  • 128 and 256 GB storage variants;
  • MicroSD card slot for an external expansion of 2 TB;
  • Android 15;
  • 50MP primary camera with Sony Lytia 600 sensor and quad pixel technology;
  • 8MP secondary ultra-wide angle lens with 1: 2.2 aperture;

  • 165.75 x 76.26 x 8.35 mm dimensions;
  • 200 grams of weight;
  • Pantone black oyster, pantone gray crap, pantone blue blue and pantone dill color options.

At the same time, of course, this model has to improve Moto G55 and succeeds immediately G45 and probably upcoming G46. Overall, the specifications and functions listed above seem to meet these conditions and functions and most likely their expectations with a small but remarkable upgrade of the battery capacity, an interesting improvement in the selfie camera and a predictable processor change compared to the above G55 5G.
The Moto G56 5G will also be significantly larger than its predecessor, both with regard to the screen size and the overall dimensions, and perhaps the most impressive is also significantly improved, with IP68, IP69 and MIL-STD-810H certifications that first-class water, dust and even drop resistance guarantees. Unfortunately, this also means that the weight grows to at least 200 grams, although it is worth what it is worth ,,, Motorola plans to compensate for the style equation with a number of very interesting, sounding color jobs.

What should your price and availability expectations be?

That, my friends, is the million dollar question, which Evan cannot answer for the time being (or not). And although I obviously cannot offer you any guarantees or firm predictions, it is relatively certain to assume that the Moto G56 5G will see the daylight at some point after the same with the Moto G55 5G in August 2024.

If you are waiting for this new Android Mid ranger to be released in markets such as the USA, this will probably not happen while I expect the G56 in the only configuration you should buy around € 250. I am talking about the 256 gigs internal storage space and 8 GB RAM, which apparently receives two important OS updates and security patches for four years.

The 128 GB/4 GB variant of the entry level is now guaranteed to be scored only Android 16 promotion and three years of security updates, which makes it not very bad purchase, regardless of its price.
In addition to the Moto G56 5G (code name “Bogota”), Motorola reports on G86 and G96 models also, the latter of which are kept completely secret. And if you ask yourself, no that the device does not have a G95 predecessor, so I'm definitely excited to see what it will get on the table.
