The 50-year-old Erin Patterson is on trial because he allegedly murdered three people with toxic mushroom beef welling tons.

An Australian woman who was accused of murdering three of her former in -laws with poisonous beef with mushroomed beef, refused offers for helping the court. The only survivor of the deadly lunch announced a dish.

The 50 -year -old Erin Patterson is in court in court because of the alleged murder of the parents of her estranged husband, Don and Gail Patterson, and his aunt Heather Wilkinson, in a case that fascinated Australia and made headlines worldwide.

Patterson is also charged with the attempted murder of Ian Wilkinson, Heather's husband and the only surviving guest of the lunch at Patterson's house in Victoria on July 29, 2023.

Patterson has not guilty for all charges, and her lawyers argued that she panicked her relatives in a “terrible accident” after serving the toxic mushrooms unintentionally.

On the sixth day of the court proceedings, Ian Wilkinson said that Patterson was “reluctant” that her guests go to the pantry.

“Both Heather and Gail offered to build the food,” Wilkinson told the jury at the Latrobe Valley Courts in Morwell, about 150 km southeast of Melbourne.

“The offer was rejected and Erin platted.”

Wilkinson said that he and his wife had experienced vomiting and diarrhea that night, but rejected the symptoms as gastroenteritis.

The 71-year-old church pastor described Patterson as a acquaintance and said her relationship was “friendly” and “friendly”, even though they have no “depth”.

“She only seemed to be an ordinary person,” he said.
