Hughson-Die police from Modesto said on Monday that the death of two people, one of whom was a sergeant of the Sheriff office of the Stanislaus County, was examined in Hughson as a murder self-murder.

Both people were given by the police as SGT. Daniel Hutsell, 40, and Dinella Hutsell, 37.

The Hutsells were found dead in their house by one of their children shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. The deputies of the sheriff initially answered and evacuated two children from the house in the Fontana Ranch Road before they searched and localized the two deceased people, the authorities said.

The Modesto police, who headed the investigation, said that the first results point out that it was a murder self-murder, but could not provide any further details about the type of death.

Hughson is about nine miles southeast of Modesto in the Stanislaus County.
