5 killed, 33 injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine last day

At least five people were killed in Russian attacks in Ukraine last day and 33 injured, the regional officials reported on May 6th.

Russia started 136 drones over the night, including the Iranian -designed Shahed Type drones, according to the Ukraine of the Air Force.

The Ukrainian air defendants shot 54 drones, while 70 disappeared from radars and were probably used as deck birds to overwhelm the defense. The attack was countered with electronic war companies, aviation, aircraft missile systems and mobile fire groups.

In Donetk OblastThree residents were killed for Russian aggression and 16 injured, said governor Vadym Filashkin.

In Kharkiv Oblast11 people were injured, including four in the city of Kharkiv, where Russia attacked four districts with suicide drones, reported Governor Oleh Syniehubov.

One person was killed and three injured in KHerson Oblast When Russian armed forces met social infrastructure and residential areas, said Governor Oleksandr Prokudin.

In Odesa OblastA Russian drone attack killed one person and damaged the civilian infrastructure, including houses, reported Governor Oleh Kiper.

Three women aged 43, 65 and 70 years were injured in Dnipropetrovsk oblastWhere houses and infrastructure were damaged, said governor Serhii Lysak.

The attacks come when Moscow continues to reject a complete ceasefire and strikes in civilian areas in Ukraine.
