Anne Robinson celebrates her TV comeback in a new documentary, you are the judge: crime and punishment.

The unique program will be broadcast on Channel 5 this evening (May 6th) and the viewers wonder whether the British conviction in a new social experiment is too mild.

A similar experiment was broadcast on Channel 4 last year, with a real murder process for two separate juries being restored to determine whether both could achieve the same judgment.

But this time the strength lies in the hands of the spectators. So what exactly are you the judge: crimes and punishment? Read on to learn more about the documentary.

You are the judge is a film with feature film that examines the British public's view in Great Britain.

In a social experiment that was described as a challenging social The audience has the opportunity to compare their judgments about convicted criminals with real judges by reconstruction of four actual sentence listings.

The spectators will decide which judgment they believe that a convicted criminals should receive before it is revealed which judgment was given.

Their judgments are then compared with four groups that are assessed with them, which consist of retired judges, former inmates, retired police officers and relatives of victims of crime.

The documentary aims to “examine the aggravating and mitigating factors that take the judges into account in order to determine a judgment”.

You are the judge: crimes and punishment begin on Tuesday, May 6th at 9 p.m. on May 5th.
