Storms are on the way to North Texas, which causes a flood guard for most of the region from 7 a.m. to Wednesday to Wednesday.

The main threats to the storms on Tuesday are wind damage, large hail and floods. The largest tornado threat seems to be on Tuesday afternoon on and south of the I-20.

A first watchful weather day is in force on Tuesday, with all kinds of storms on the table.

Expect one and off showers for the morning trip. The rain on Tuesday only contributes to a very damp floor, so that fall floods are an increased problem.

The biggest serious threats during the morning seem to damage the gusts of wind and a large hail threat. This activity continues all morning and until the afternoon, but in the afternoon there is a warm front north through North Texas, which also creates a tornado threat with low tornado.

The shower activity then looks rejuvenated in the late afternoon and in the early evening.

The week will be dry with only remote shower chances for Wednesday and Thursday. Some spotty showers will be possible for Friday, since an area with low pressure slowly presses east through the layers.

A nice prediction is until the Mother's Day weekend and next week. Look at the heights to hold a few degrees that are shy with heights in the upper 70s and the lower 80s. Enjoy the milder temperatures, summer is just around the corner.
