On Monday evening, the Boston Celtics organized the New York Knicks in Massachusetts for Game 1.

Despite the Celtics with a lead of 20 points, they lost (in overtime) with a score of 108-105.

After the game, Los Angeles Lakers Legend Magic Johnson shared his reaction (over X).

In his second post, he shared a tough reality for the Celtics.

Johnson's first post: “What a comback victory in the extension for the NY Knicks under the direction of OG Anunoby and Jalen Brunson, who both ended with 29 points. Two boys who earn a lot of faith were Mikal Bridges and Miles McBride. Knicks hit hit hit hit-hit hit-hit-hit-hit-hit hit hit.

Johnson's second post: “As for the Boston Celtics … they live in the three, die in the three. They have set up an NBA playoff record that misses 45 three-point pointers.”

The Knicks now have a 1-0 lead in the series with game 2 on Wednesday evening (also in Boston).
