Twin brothers were shot and one was killed after a fight with someone they knew in a house in West Oak Cliff knew on Monday evening.

The Dallas police reacted to a shot call in the 3100th block of the June trip shortly after 10:30 p.m.

When the officials arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds. One of the brothers died at the scene. The other was taken to a local hospital where he is in a serious state but is expected to survive.

The investigators at the crime scene said that the suspect and the brothers know and had continuing problems.

On Monday evening, an argument escalated, and the suspect pulled out a gun and shot her.

The officials were able to quickly receive the suspect's license plate number. With Flock cameras they were the vehicle and initiated persecution.

The suspect fled to Ellis County on the Interstate 35e. The officials used Spike stripes near Waxahachia and deactivated the vehicle. The suspect was then taken into custody.

The police did not say how the suspect and the victims know each other. The names and age of the victims and the suspect were not published.
