Zaamwani -Kamwi bordered himself to replace Hengari to arrest scandal – messages

The president's advisor, Inge Zaamwani-Kamwi, will take over the management of the new Minister of Agriculture, Fishing, Water and Landreform after the rejection of Mac Hengari, who was charged due to bribery.

The Namibian understands that Zaamwani-Kamwi, the president's advisor for constitutional matters and interface of the private sector, will take over from Hengari.

Zaamwani-Kamwi, a former managing director of Namdeb Holdings, told the Namibian on Monday that she was on a transition path from the president's office and waited for new people to come in.

“These are news for me. I'm sorry that I can't check these news,” she said.

Zaamwani-Kamwi added that she was not addressed for the role.

“I wish it would be true. I was not addressed for me. I stay a consultant in the transition period. When people come, I go home.”

Hengari was relieved of his ministerial tasks by President Netumi Nandi-Indaitwah last week after he had found that he had been arrested and accused of being arrested several serious crimes such as rape, abortion and attempt to defeat the judiciary's course.

He supposedly tried to bribe a young woman to withdraw rape allegations that result from incidents that were supposedly occurred when she was still a minor.
