Dui, Interstate 80, May 4th, WHP

According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, a 33-year-old Carpenter man was arrested on May 4th for driving under influence and several traffic violations.

A soldier saw a black passenger car with a high speed near miles after 363 on the Interstate 80 east. The soldier estimated the speed of the vehicle at about 100 miles per hour in a zone of 75 miles per hour. Radar later confirmed that the vehicle drove at 118 miles per hour.

According to the report, the soldier also saw the vehicle in and out of traffic in and out of traffic and other vehicles. A traffic stops were initiated near miles after 369 on the I-80 EAST.

The driver showed signs of impairment, including poor balance, blurred language, a smell of alcohol and delayed reactions, the report says. He failed Field soberness tests and was arrested for Dui.

He was brought to the Laramie County Detung Center, where breath tests registered 0.137% and 0.155% blood alcohol content.

It was booked without incident and quoted for DUI, without a seat belt, speed overrun and carelessly driving.

Dui, Interstate 80 Business, May 4th, WHP

A 39-year-old Cheyenne man was arrested on May 4 because he had driven under the influence and other traffic violations after a soldier drove his car on the i-80 business with 35 miles per hour in a 30 mile zone with a cracked windshield to the west.

The soldier initiated a traffic stop near Mile Post 362. According to the report, the soldier saw that the man had confused the language and discovered an alcohol smell. The soldier also reported that the man's answers and actions were delayed and slow.

The man met an inquiry to carry out standardized field soberness tests. The soldier found that there was enough information to arrest him for Dui.

He was brought to the Laramie County Hachtzentrum to get a breath test. The first breath test showed a result of 0.22%. The second breath test showed 0.23%.

The man was quoted for Dui, clogged windshield and accelerated in a superintendent.
