Simon Cowell has become one of the most famous faces in the showbiz since his days on pop idol in the early Noughties. After the music mogul started his career in the entertainment industry as a post manager for EMI Music Publishing, he climbed up to the head of the company before forming his own record label S Records.

“I was fearless because I had nothing to lose,” he said to Mailonline. “I all picked out hell in the music business because I was this collapsed arrogant child who absolutely believed in myself.”

After Simon, who had now helped countless musicians in the thirties to stand in the 1930s, moved to the world of television and began with pop idol.

After Simon had risen to fame, he became a well -known name and later created talent shows, including the X factor and Great Britain, got Talent. In return, he played a hand in breaking artists like One Direction, Leona Lewis and Little Mix.

As a result of his successes, it was reported that the music mogul has a fortune of £ 492 million. However, Simon said that he was not worth as much. “Oh god, that's not the case. I'm not even close. He continued: “As a father, I want my son to be in order, but you know that nobody ever gave a cent, and I think part of my drive was that I had nothing to lose. That gives them a lot of energy.”

In recent years, Simon has been working next to Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli as a judge in Great Britain's Got Talent. Since the X -Factor 2018 ended on our television screens after 14 years, Simon spoke to the sun about what he would do differently with the show.

“It is difficult, but there are hundreds of people who still want to be pop stars. We would have to return to the basics. The other thing we did with the show was to continue tinkering and add new formats,” he said.
