Notre Dame Trending for Top 2026 runs back

After Notre Dame recently covered Javian Osborne in 2026, it was not shy to push for another back to complete his couple for the 2026 cycle.

The Messiah Mickens, Brian Bonner and Jonaz Walton, together with the Osborne mentioned above, were far and away from Notre Dame's top destinations for this class and it seems that the Irish are in the pole position to land two of them.

The Tom Loy of 247sports dropped a crystal ball forecast for Notre Dame to Land Walton on Tuesday evening, in which he believes that Notre lady is the lead for the four-star playmaker.

Even further that Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and others, on Wednesday morning, left a “Fong Bomb” forecast for Notre Dame for Land Jonaz Walton on Wednesday morning.

Walton, a top 10 in the cycle 2026, would give the fighting Irish one of the country's back mix pairs if Wiltfongs predict.

Walton, a 5-9, 205 pounder from Carrollton, GA, is a strong runner despite its shorter stature. He uses his strong lower body to make muscle through duels and sometimes even greater defenders.

He can miss the people in space, but is more of a north-south runner than someone who will jump outside like a Jadarian price.

Walton is a real “all -purpose back” because he collected over 4,000 meters above university in his two seasons, with more than 900 of them coming from the backfield.

The mating of Osborne and Walton would give Notre Dame an exciting duo for the cycle of 2026 and something that fans should definitely look forward to if it comes together.

Notre Dame Running Backs trainer Ja'juan Seider is looking for the next star after the current tunnels Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price vacation after this coming season.

He can have one here in Walton.
