Aneta woman identified at Frontal Crash – Grand Forks Herald

Grand Forks-Judy Rusten, 83, was identified as the woman when the woman was killed on Monday north of Thompson.

Rusten, who drove a Chevrolet traverse, drove in the wrong direction on the I-29 on Monday at 1 p.m. when she met an oncoming GMC Sierra, which was driven by Joshua Bedard.

Bedard, 42, was brought to Altru with serious injuries in Grand forks.

The Interstate was closed for about two hours on Monday while the scene was edited. The conditions were supposedly sunny and good. According to North Dakota Highway Patrol, Bedard used a seat belt and his airbags. Rusten did not wore a seat belt.
