On Wednesday, a judge ordered the man's release, in connection with an accident in which two children were killed near Moapa Valley, according to a lawyer represented.

Steven Woods, 40, is charged with the Justice Court bunkern, which includes counts by DUI and ruthless driving with death with death or considerable body damage. However, he was not officially charged because no criminal complaint was submitted, as court files show.

The deputy deputy defender Steven Lisk said because there was no complaint, Doryllodenbier ordered the release of Woods. According to Lisk, or using controlled substances should not be used or used and must also wear a drug stain.

The crash on Sunday afternoon occurred on Interstate 15 to the north, near Mile Marker 100 and the Carp Elgin Road, and included several vehicles. In addition to the died children, five other people were injured, including one who was in a critical condition and had to be flown, the Nevada Highway Patrol said in a press release.

Clark County's Coroner's office has not yet identified the victims killed.

Court files show that Woods's deposit was set to 350,000 US dollars. Woods was instructed without being released without deposit, since the deposit was based on the expectations that the public prosecutor would quickly file charges according to the public defense lawyer.

Although Lisk said that he was not of the opinion that charges were not submitted for Woods's test results, prosecutor Michael Giles said that he was not sure why the complaint was not submitted.

Lisk saw no evidence of alcohol in the system of his client, he said.

“What happened was an absolute tragic accident,” said Lisk. “We will see what the state has for and we will go from there.”

The Clark County public prosecutor did not answer an application for information about why prosecutors did not submit any complaint.

Woods will be traced back to court on May 21 to check whether the prosecutors are charged according to the lawyer.

Lisk said that he was not officially assigned in the case of Woods, but expects the public defender's office to be appointed.
