After LECK, Brown free the image of renovation plans of the LakeFront stadium

Cleveland – The Cleveland Browns have published a representation of the renovated Cleveland LakeFront Stadions after the image was published online.

In the early Wednesday morning, scene released a leakage photo of the rendering.

The Browns provided news 5 with the rendering and explained that the picture was put from a renovation plan.

Before the team announced their wish for the construction of a new, closed stadium and mixed entertainment quarters in Brook Park, it explored the options for the reorganization of the 25-year-old Lakefront stadium, but decided that it made no sense.

Last month, Chris Ronayne, Manager of Cuyahoga County, asked the Senate leader of Ohio, demanded 350 million US dollars for the Stadium Renovation work in the next state budget. He argues that this is a wiser and tax -free choice to bring 600 million US dollars to the Brook Park project.

Despite Ronayne's initiative to keep the team's playing field in Cleveland, the Browns got their choice to move. They have asked the state to issue bonds of 600 million US dollars to pay the new stadium – debts that the state would repay with interest over 25 years, whereby the tax revenue from the entire district of Brook Park Stadium is used. The general assembly discusses this proposal – and how to deal with stadium financing in the broader sense in the context of the state budget talks.

Dave Jenkins, the Chief Operating Officer of the Haslam Sports Group, gave News 5 the following explanation about the stadium's rendering in the city center and the team's commitment to move to Brook Park as soon as the team's rental contract has expired for Huntington Bank Field – which the city of Cleveland has in 2029.

Brown's statement:

“As we have consistently communicated, we have methodically examined the renovation on the lake shore for several years, and it became clear that the insertion of money in the renovation of the current open-air stadium is a short-sighted, short-term solution that will only cause the same problems on the street, and the city that the city of Cleveland is finally building the opportunity to brave the lake subject. Discussions in months and have never been presented with a practicable financing plan for a renovation of Cuyahoga County or the city of Cleveland to get our private investment. It has become increasingly discouraging that local politicians are working against an unprecedented 3 -billion dollar development project with considerable state investments in northeast -ohio that would create hundreds of million dollars for public interest groups, especially at a time when this region talk about economic difficulties and developmental hearing in this region. We are confident that a closed stadium and a mixed use in Brook Park, which is used all year round, is the only reasonable long -term solution for our organization and the region. This project will enable our lake bank to be able to generate hundreds of millions of dollars for north -east -ohio to use it for other needs of the community, and, in combination with the announcement of the modernization of yesterday's airport, serve as a further catalyst for changing our region. “
