A 14-year-old boy died and two more were injured after being stabbed in front of a school in California.

The police reacted on Wednesday afternoon at 3:25 p.m. to a report on a stab at the Santa Ana High School in Orange County. Three victims, all teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17, were brought to local hospitals.

Two suspects, assumed that they are male students at the school, fled the scene.

The Santa Ana Unified School District said in a statement: “Please be sure that the school or the surrounding area does not give an immediate threat.

“The security and well -being of our students and employees remain our highest priority.”
