The GOP calculation would be an illegal murderer of immigrants for the death penalty

Such a legal template would strengthen the claims for responsibility of the federal prosecutors for such crimes, even in states in which the death penalty is abolished.

“We can blame these people at the federal level because they are illegal here. And here we are with this legislation, “Luttrell told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.

Luttrell said he was hopeful, at least some Democrats will also support the bill.

“I don't run away at all before these conversations because I think it is necessary. That shows the American people that we work together. The American public has voted for this administration,” he said.

Luttrell's draft law is supported by seven Republican Co sponsors of the Republican of Republican Study Committee, August Pfluger, R-Texas.
