Does Steph Curry play in game 2? (Injury update, betting effects for Warriors-Wolves)

Steph Curry, star of Golden State Warriors, will not play in game 2 of the second round against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to a thigh injury, and he could miss more time than just that.

Curry suffered the injury in the first half of game 1 of this series and he did not return. Before leaving the Warriors star had 13 points in 5-of-9 shooting (3-to-6 of 3).

On Wednesday, Shams Charania von ESPN announced that Curry would probably be missed with the injury for at least one week, which would also switch him off for games 3 and 4 (Saturday and Monday).

It seems that Curry's best chance to return would be in game 5 on Wednesday, May 14th. Even this game can be a difficult turn, especially since other players have missed longer tracks with house problems.

In the last post -season, OG Anunoby basically missed the last five games of the second round of the Knicks with the Indiana Pacers with an axle greeting problem, and he tried to play in game 7 and was clearly unable to run the floor up and down.

In the meantime, the Boston Celtics Jrue Holiday were currently sawing three playoff games with a thigh injury in the first round against Orlando Magic.

After Curry was already excluded for game 2, the quota makers set the Warriors on Thursday as a 10-point outsider. Draftking's SportsBook also has the Warriors as an outsider in this series, which Minnesota moves from a favorite from -155 to a favorite from -185 after Curry's timeline has been announced.

In this post -season, Curry is an average of 22.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game. The Warriors stolen game 1 in Minnesota, but they have to get at least one more before Curry can return to game 5. If not, Golden State would be in a 3-1 series hole if game 5 rolls.

Hopefully Curry can get back on the pitch in the playoffs at some point.
