Golden Hawk Girls RVC second; Four points All-Conference spots | Kcii radio

The golf team of the mid-prairie Golden Hawk Girls Golf came briefly on Wednesday to drive team titles on the River Valley Conference Championship meeting in MuscaTine. The Hawks shot a 389 team to take second place after Tipton and their 376. Top Golden Hawk that day was in fourth place with 93 Morgyn Bender. Addison English and Olivia Swartzentuber made the top 10 and took the seventh and eighth place with the 97s. Lilly Miller shot 102, Delani Blum 117 and Paiton Chittick 126. Bender, English and Swartzentuber were appointed all-river Valley. Miller was a praise of RVC. The all-Conference quartet spoke to KCII sports after the meeting.

The Golden Hawks are now 38-5 this season and host Durant in an RVC dual on Monday.
