Man with shotgun climbing through the Checker's window in North Miami, Video shows – NBC 6 Südflorida

The surveillance video shows how a man had climbed through the window of a checker in North Miami, Shotgun in his hand, and supposedly robbed the restaurant when the workers hid.

The brazen attack lasted less than 30 seconds and took place on February 13th at 2 a.m. in the Fast -Food restaurant in Northwest 37th Avenue.

The 37 -year -old Loubens Moricette stood in front of a judge on Wednesday for armed robbery, burglary, possession of drugs with the intention of distributing and resisting without violence.

Witnesses said Moricette pointed the weapon to an employee and forced it to go away. The video showed how it runs when it rises through the window inside.

Once in the Checkers, Moricette allegedly went to the cash register and took a little bit of cash before he got back through the window and climbed into his car.

Two other victims, also employees of the establishment, managed to hide in a back office. Neither was injured.

Judge Mindy Glazer said he admitted the crime when he was arrested.

Bond was denied and remains in the Guilford Knight Correctional Center Turner.
