President Donald Trump will make an afternoon visit to the Selfridge Air National Guard Base for an announcement next to the democratic governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer. He is expected to speak at a rally at the Macomb Community College north of Detroit to gain a sprint to improve government and social, political and foreign policy norms.

Trump organizes a rally to Michigan on Tuesday to mark the first 100 days of his second term, and organizes his biggest public event since his return to the White House in a state that was particularly shaken by its steep trade tariffs and its combative attitude towards Canada.
