Teenagers due to vehicle murder at the fatal Pembroke Pines -Crash accused, in which the elder couple was killed, says the police – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sport

Pembroke Pines, Fla. (WSVN)-A 17-year-old was arrested in Pembroke Pines in connection with an accident in February and charged with vehicle murder, in which an older man and an older woman were killed, the police said.

Albert Oswaldo Yanez Quintana was detained after an examination of the wreck on February 14 at the intersection of the Dykes Road and the Northwest 12th Street.

The investigators said that Yanez Quintana was ruthless and at an excessive speed to the north on the Dykes Road when he climbed a vehicle that turned on the left into the NW 12th Street.

The two people in the second vehicle died of their injuries and several other participants were also injured.

Yanez Quintana is charged with vehicle murder, ruthless driving and additional crimes related to the crash.
