Two-vehicle accident in the northeast of Nebraska sends you a hospital with serious injuries

Lincoln, alongside (KLKN)-an accident with two vehicles in the northeast of Nebraska sent a man with serious injuries to the hospital on Wednesday.

Shortly before 6.45 p.m., the Sheriff's office of the Stanton County was sent to the intersection of Highway 275 and the Highway 57 north of Stanton.

The investigators said that pick -up on Highway 275 drove to the east when he tried to turn left into the 566th Avenue.

A Camaro drove west on the Highway 275, and the two vehicles collided.

The 71-year-old driver of the Camaro was removed from the rubble by first aiders and taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

The 18-year-old driver of the pickup rejected medical treatment on site.

It was unclear whether seat belts were used in the Camaro and both vehicles seem to be overall, said officials.
