Putin and Xi blame us and swear to strengthen the ties

President Vladimir V. Putin from Russia and XI Jinping, the leader of China, published a reprimand to Washington on Thursday, one day before celebrations in Moscow, to mark the 80th anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in the Second World War.

The leaders held talks in the Kremlin, part of a state visit that Moscow organized on Friday at a military parade on the Red Square before his number of visitors together with other foreign guides for Mr. XI.

In a joint explanation that was published after their conversations, Mr. Putin and Mr. XI refused what they described as Washington's attempt to contain them. She swore to “increase the interaction and strengthen cooperation” in order to counteract such US efforts.

Both Mr. Putin and Mr. XI have separated with the unpredictability of President Trump – the Russian President in talks about Ukraine – and the Chinese leader in a bloody trade war. Everyone has tried to present its countries as an alternative world powers who want to bring about a more equal, multipolar world in view of the US hegemony in the United States.

Part of her message on Thursday seemed to be that they would stand together, even if Mr. Trump hugs Mr. Putin, but Mr. XI.

After the talks, Mr. XI spoke about the importance of the two leaders who remain trusting friends.

The Russian and Chinese leaders also described Mr. Trump's plans for a “Golden Dome” rocket defense sign towards the United States “deeply destabilized” and argued in their joint explanation that such new US defenses would weapen the space.

Mr. Trump has used some of the same nationalist strategies for politics and disinformation with which Mr. Putin and Mr. XI consolidate their power at home, but have not dealt with both leaders since his return to the White House.

The conversations with Moscow about the war in Ukraine are continued, but have not contained the fights there. US officials will start with their Chinese colleagues in Switzerland in Switzerland this week because the trade war endangers economic growth.

The summit took place in Moscow when Mr. Putin began to welcome what the Kremlin expected to be more than 25 world executives for the celebrations for the Red Square. The guests include a true “who's who” by authoritarian, with the President Venezuela, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea and Belarus that are present.

But none of the leaders is more important for Moscow than Mr. XI.

Russia's isolation from the West about its full invasion of Ukraine has dramatically increased the dependence on Moscow of Beijing. China supported Putin's efforts by bought Russian oil, delivering double user components for Russian devices and replacing deceased western brands with Chinese consumer goods. However, Beijing has stopped open military intervention or support.

In his opening speeches in Kremlin, Mr. XI today described the relationship between China and Russia as “calmer, self -confident, more stable and resilient”.

He threw the two guides as a defender of a fair and just world order. And he called the victims of their countries during the Second World War as a symbol of their current strength to defend themselves against “unilateralism and bullying through powerful countries”, an unmistakable reference to the United States and their trade war against China.

Mr. Putin described Moscow's close relationships with Beijing as a “stabilizing factor in the international arena”, although he described a difficult geopolitical situation. He also said that almost the entire trade between Russia and China had emigrated to Rubel and Yuan, unlike Dollars, which protected the nations “from the influence of the third countries”.

The two guides usually sign a number of bilateral agreements during their individual peaks, and Thursday was no exception.

During the visit, the Russian and Chinese space agencies signed a common memo about the construction of a power plant on the moon, according to the Russian news agency TASS. The nations need a power source for a permanent moon research base that you want to build and have explained that you want to build an automated nuclear reactor.

The Soviet Union lost around 27 million people in the Second World War and made the memory of the conflict one of the most powerful and emotional forces in Russian life.

Mr. Putin manipulated this memory to the energy supply of his troops and mistakenly accused President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, who is Jew, to revive National Socialism. Russian armed forces who fight in Ukraine have been announced that they had to make victims, as their ancestors did during the Second World War to free the world of a fascist threat.

At the beginning of the talks, Mr. Putin said that Russia and China were “modern manifestations of neo -Nazism and militarism”, a clear reference of the Russian leader on his crusade against Ukraine.

The commemoration of the victory of the Soviet Union against Nazi Germany by Moscow has been carried out more than three years after Mr. Putin initiated his complete invasion of Ukraine and the Russian society has been reorganized with a level of repression, militarism and control over official stories and has not been seen since the days of the Soviet Union.
