Coroner identifies pedestrians who were beaten and killed by train in ORO Grande

Oro Grande, California (vvng.com) – The Coroner's Office of the San Bernardino County identified the pedestrian, who was hit and killed in Oro Grande by one train on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.

The victim was identified as a 41-year-old Rodolfo A. Guerrero, a resident of Oro Grande. In addition to the railway rails along the Block of the National Trail Highway from 18500, Guerrero was found as deceased after he was approached by a passing train around 5:14 p.m. that afternoon.

The MPs of the Sheriff department of the San Bernardino County initially reacted to the scene and confirmed the death. The BNSF railway police took over the investigation shortly after arrival.

At this point, the authorities did not publish any additional details about the circumstances of Guerrero's death. The examination has not yet been completed and the BNSF railway police deals with the case.
