Evanchick and Santangelo achieve four per piece for Monroe in the GMC tournament – Boys Lacosse

Jake Evanchick and Anthony Santangelo combined for eight goals and 17 points for Monroe, which their team led to a 13: 3 victory over the sixth seed-old Bridge in the quarterfinals of the Greater Middlesex Conference Touraments in Monroe Township.

Monroe's victory is climbing into the semi -finals, where it will visit the second -same East Brunswick, who had a goodbye in the quarter -finals.

Evanchick scored four goals and five templates, while Santangelo scored four goals and four templates for Monroe, which the Old Bridge exceeded 7-0 in the second and third quarter.

Evan Burkshot recorded two goals and a lead, while Joseph Santangelo once scored and won 16 out of 19 draws for Monroe (5-6).

The Old Bridge falls to 4-11 and will return to the campaign on Tuesday when it houses Colts Hals.
